Refund Policy

Upon receiving your order, please take a video of unboxing your order from it’s sealed condition to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

Shall any of your goods arrive:

 

1. Faulty/Expired upon arrival,

2. Shipping box in perfect condition with the damaged product inside,

3. Product does not match your order,

 

Must be reported to us via WhatsApp to

within 48 hours after receiving.

 

For faulty or damaged products following the conditions above, we will issue a refund within 7 – 14 working days according to your payment method & purchase price.

 

For products that do not match your order, please keep them unopened and in mint condition to be eligible for a replacement, we will arrange a pickup courier to return the items to us and send you a replacement free of shipping charge.

 

For shipments where the original sealed shipping box arrives damaged along with its contents, please contact us immediately and we will help you claim to the shipping agent.

 

This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through balibuda.com. If you purchased our products at a retailer/reseller, please contact the seller regarding your return.
